1-) How can I perform my payment transactions?


You can make payments for your orders through our website by credit card or bank transfer in a completely secure way without any problems.


2-) Are there any changes in prices?


Your orders are calculated at the in-Country sales price on our website. Therefore, there is no different pricing except for your information. The prices indicated on our website are valid for all your purchases.


3-) Which logistics company will my order come from?


In order to be able to deliver smoothly to all over the world, we cooperate with corporate logistics companies, each of which is specialized in its field, although it varies by country and region.  Therefore, we provide the shipment of your orders through the logistics company that provides the most appropriate, high-quality and trouble-free service to your region.  However, if you wish, we can ship with the cargo company with which you have an agreement with the buyer.


4-) How many days will my order be delivered?


We deliver the products of your order within 20 days to the contracted logistics company with double-layer packaging. The delivery of products to you along with the road process takes an average of 45 days. After this stage, specialized corporate logistics companies deliver your products to your door quickly and safely.


5-) How is the shipping fee made?


The logistics companies with which we have an agreement help our customers with the most affordable shipping cost at the wholesale price. If you determine the products you want to buy and contact us, the cost of transportation will be calculated based on the dimensions and weights of the furniture or cubic meters and you will be informed.


6-) Is the customs fee included in the transportation fee?


All costs within Turkey are included in the cost of transportation, and for example, the customs fee determined based on the VAT rate according to the (German) tax system is not included in the price. After paying this price when the products arrive in your country, your delivery to your door is made safely.


7-) Is there any chance that my product will get damaged?


We deliver all the furniture we send abroad safely to your address by double packing. However, despite any possible negative that may occur during the transportation phase, logistics companies carry your products with insurance.


8-) Which countries do you ship?
