• Through partnered banks, we offer up to 9-month installment plans on credit card payments.
• In our physical stores, we provide up to 6-month in-house (promissory note) payment options.
• Additionally, with our “Pay a deposit now to lock in your price; pay the remaining balance in up to 6 installments and receive your delivery on your preferred date” option, you can easily plan your budget.

Do you charge extra for delivery and installation?

Our pricing policy is transparent; no additional fees are requested after payment.

• For purchases of 20.000 TL or more within Istanbul, shipping, delivery, and installation are free of charge.
• For orders outside Istanbul, shipping and installation are free for purchases of 200.000 TL or more.
• Deliveries are carried out safely by our expert teams or authorized logistics partners.
• All pricing details are clearly shared before your order, ensuring you never face unexpected costs.
What is your delivery time?

Our delivery times vary depending on the stock status of the product:

• Products in stock are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, while custom-made products are delivered within 25–35 business days.
• Delivery planning is organized in advance through direct communication with our customers.
• We keep you informed throughout the process, and your products are safely delivered to your address.
What should I do if the product is damaged during delivery?

Deliveries are made using our own vehicles within Istanbul and nearby provinces, and through insured, professional corporate logistics companies in other regions.

• Our products are carefully packaged with special protective materials such as thick bubble wrap, blue foam boards, and white polystyrene, with extra corner protectors to minimize potential damage during transportation.
• Any damage that may occur during delivery is covered by insurance. If you encounter such a situation, you can contact us for quick and effective solutions. In line with our customer satisfaction–oriented service approach, your products are protected at every stage.
What is the warranty period for your products, and how is spare part supply ensured?

• All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
• During the warranty period, technical support and spare part supply are provided by our company.
• Even after the warranty period ends, spare parts are supplied for at least 5 years throughout the product’s lifespan.
