You can return the products you purchased from Evgor.com.tr and our stores by stating the reason under the conditions specified below. The return process starts with the delivery of the product to you and is valid for fourteen (14) days following the invoice date. The product to be returned, accessories etc. It must be delivered complete with its parts. The product to be returned must fully comply with the Return conditions in the "Warranty Conditions" section. Expenses (shipping, etc.) incurred within the scope of the return process belong to the customer. However, if the product turns out to be defective, return costs will be covered by Evgor Furniture. The return process starts when the product reaches Evgor. Evgor Furniture team will evaluate the return process and inform you about the result in a short time. It takes an average of five (5) business days for the refunds made in accordance with the return conditions to be completed and the amount you paid to be transferred to your account or credit card.
